Each program promises hours, days, and months of challenging activity. Participants will learn research, storytelling, design process, concept development, systems design, and rapid prototyping that lead to building portfolios of products and services.

The Systems Thinking Challenge is a series of exercises designed to test creative thinking, critical thinking, and a team’s ability to collaborate and design complex systems for the betterment of society. Participants are asked to consider outcomes effecting millions people within a timed unknown environment.

MindStorm is a series of frameworks designed to help teams and organizations identify, collaborate, and develop ideas generated within the group. Participants will seemingly pull ideas out of thin air to consider how they might design for new environments, products, or services for themselves, or for their customers.

The How’s Your Lemonade Game is a framework that challenges our ability to innovate within a well-known and oversaturated market. It wants participants to reconsider the conventional model, by attempting to build new products and services from a familiar concept. The outcome of this framework is a new or varied concept that participants intend to refine and consider for market entry.
